I think the best person to give a review is the patient, and after a 300 mile journey from Preston to Hastings, my 88 year old dad said Rob and Gary were fantastic and he would highly recommend them. For me, as the daughter of a very frail and neglected much-loved parent, it was so comforting to travel with such capable and caring thoroughly professional people. It made a very long day tolerable, and nowhere near as stressful as it could have been. So refreshing to deal with people who know what they're doing, and do it cheerfully.

Truly Excellent Service
Med-PTS impressed from my first contact. Rob was highly efficient on the phone and continued regular phone or e-mail contact throughout.
Neil and Bryan were superb on this day-trip. They settled a very nervous lady out of hospital for the first time in 9 weeks. Meds were supplied professional and they moved the lady in and out of the ambulance with care and a reassuring running commentary on what they were going to do next.
All in all, the service could not be bettered. Med-PTS are top of my list for future trips and and I will have no hesitation at all in recommending them to others.

Excellent
I used Med-PTS when
moving my Grandfather who has dementia from a hospital in Dorset to a care home in Leicester. I can't fault the service given. My Grandfather arrived feeling very happy and had been well cared for
and engaged with throughout the journey. The team phoned me when he had been collected so I could talk to him and check he was ok and they sent regular calls and texts with an ETA so I ready on
arrival. The service was very professional and gave me peace of mind during what had been a worrying time. I wouldn't hesitate to use again. Thanks to you both Rob and Bryan, keep up the good

Just wanted to say how happy we were with the services of your ambulance staff yesterday, namely Neil and Stacey, when they looked after my father, Norman Farrow, in taking him by ambulance to his wife's funeral at the local church. They were very professional and compassionate and understood my father's needs perfectly.
They were also very nice people indeed!

Great friendly
reliable service very impressed with the personal touch this company gives. Thankyou for transferring my great aunt and making her feel so comfortable under difficult circumstances, it was well worth
the money to know she was being cared for to such a high standard she is now home safe. Rob offered great advice to ensure the transfer went smoothly without to much stress to my aunt as it was over

Transporting patient to hospice
After waiting 6hours
for an NHS ambulance to transport my terminally ill husband to a Norwich hospice I looked on line and found Med - pts ,what a find ,they were wonderful ,Professional and caring.Highly recommend them
and if needed would definitely use them again. Thank you Rob and team .
A big thanks to Rob and Steve for transferring my Uncle 630 miles from Oxford to Wick. This was a long journey for Alec who is 89 and was very well cared for in the Ambulance. This was a very professional service from the initial contact and during the long journey north. I would highly recommend this personal ambulance service.
